Mónica de la Cruz has over 13 years of professional experience in the construction, project execution, and property management sectors.

A graduate of the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico City, she has consolidated an exceptionally versatile profile that ranges from architectural design to the comprehensive operational coordination of large commercial and residential spaces.

Throughout her career, she has participated in large-scale projects. She began her career in 2013 developing engineering designs for BBVA’s new corporate image, later establishing herself as a resident engineer in the restaurant sector and as Head of Maintenance at Portal San Ángel (Mexico City), where she led teams of up to 50 people. Her professional evolution led her to coordinate operations for mixed-use complexes such as Downtown Santa Fe and to supervise luxury finishes in premium residential developments like the Be Grand Towers.

For several years now, Mónica has been part of the Proffetional team. Her profound experience in property management, her strategic vision for negotiating with suppliers, and her ability to close contracts position her as a highly competitive professional and a key player in achieving the best results in every project.
